Chef Francesco, born in Puglia, discovered his passion for cooking at a young age and soon after completing his studies moved to Switzerland to pursue professional and personal growth. Over the years, he gained experience in top hotels across Ticino and Graubünden, including the prestigious Castello del Sole and the renowned Carlton Hotel St. Moritz, and honed his culinary vision in high-end restaurants such as La Brezza and Seven Ascona. For the past year, he has led the kitchen at Ristorante Orologio, crafting modern, colorful, and refined dishes that showcase technique, creativity, and continuous innovation, delivering an authentic and contemporary dining experience with dedication and passion.
