Albert Bocalandria

Albert Bocalandria leads the gastronomic proposal of Pantea Group. Trained at the prestigious Hofmann school in Barcelona, he acquired from a young age the technical rigor of haute cuisine, completing stages in Michelin-starred restaurants that brought him closer to excellence. He began his career in pastry and later expanded his experience in London alongside chef Jeff Galvin, where he refined his techniques and came to understand cuisine as an evolving art. His career includes three years in luxury hotels, where he integrated operational management with meticulous attention to detail. Upon returning to Barcelona, he worked in renowned restaurants and established himself as a leading culinary figure. At Pantea Group, he has led the openings of emblematic venues such as Público - Cuina de Mercat, Superlocal, Eldelmar – Hermanos Torres, and Bar Anita, leaving his signature on each new project within the group.
