Eliano's journey began in Naples - a city where food is woven into everyday life and every recipe tells a story. Raised on the flavours and traditions of southern Italy, he developed an early appreciation for simple ingredients, seasonal cooking and the generosity that sits at the heart of Italian hospitality. Fourteen years ago, Eliano moved to London, where he honed his craft in some of the city's most respected kitchens. His career has taken him from Firmdale Hotels, where he held the position of Chef de Partie, to Fenchurch, where he progressed to Senior Sous Chef, refining a style that balances classical technique with a modern approach. In 2016, he joined Osteria by Bocconcino as Head Chef. Today, he leads the kitchen with a philosophy shaped by both his Neapolitan roots and years spent cooking in London - creating dishes that are thoughtful, generous and full of character. Away from the pass, Eliano is a devoted husband and father of two. The same warmth, patience and attention he brings to family life can be found in his cooking, where every dish is prepared with care and meant to be shared.
